As in previous years, the Correos philatelic service released the two annual ‘definitive’ variable value stamp issues in January 2026. Two issues which, unlike the other commemorative designs released for a specific period only throughout the year, are permanently available from the IAR postal kiosk installed at Correos branch 53 in Conde de Peñalver. This branch is next to the Clara Campoamor building, the Correos corporate headquarters in Madrid. All the variable value stamps printed by this kiosk include the ES01 identifier code.
The issues are dedicated to the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP 2026 – AIPP in Spanish language) with the other depicting a new historic aircraft, the 1930 Comper C.L.A. 7 ‘Swift’.
