Singapore Post has announced a second issue this year for its SAM kiosks, featuring a group of otters in front of the city skyline.
Unlike recent special commemorative issues with reduced print runs, this is a definitive design and will be available from March 22nd 2024 at the General Post Office SAM machines, and will be progressively rolled-out to other SAM kiosks installed throughout the city.
