FRANCE. The LISA issues for Paris-Philex 2026

Philaposte has announced the three LISA-type issues to be released during the upcoming Paris-Philex 2026, the major biennial philatelic event, to be held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from June 11th to 13th 2026.

We can highlight the design by Sandrine Chimbaud commemorating the 99th Congress of the Fédération Française des Associations Philatéliques, featuring an image of the Hôtel de Soubise in Paris, a former mansion that now houses part of the French National Archives.
